SSE Capital Funding realizes that annuity payment streams resulting in payments over time are sometimes set up that way for a reason. So, while our office specializes in ethically helping people turn some or all of the periodic payments that may be the result of an investment annuity, a court ordered structured settlement annuity, family inheritance annuity of other program into a lump sum of cash, it is only wise to examine the process carefully. We advise all clients to carefully consider their circumstances, and seek the council of any adviser that they may already value the opinion of before proceeding. Part of that is being as informed as possible, |

IF You Need It ..... |

Remember, our office DOES NOT recommend that everyone should "cash out" their "payment streams", NOR do we make any judgment that the possibility of changing your payment stream will be the correct move for YOU to make. Only YOU can, or SHOULD make that determination.
IF you need it .......You CAN exchange MOST of these kinds of periodic paymentsfor a lump sum of cashPeople are often mistakenly told that they can not sell their payment stream for a lump sum of cash. The fact it that it often CAN be done, and it could be the process that could save your financial future if things have gone against you somehow since being assigned payments from that payment program. The truth is that many times you actually can "sell your payments" (really, have the "payee" of the instrument behind the payment stream reassigned) for a lump sum of cash, and may not even face tax penalties ( but please ask your tax preparer before you decide ). We provide the service of doing the preliminary investigative work, and forwarding that information to one of the many private investment companies we deal with to expertly handle the rest of the process for you. There may initially be several reasons why payments would be better for a person, in fact, sometimes there is a very good reason why you should NOT try to turn your payment stream into a discounted lump sum of cash. Often this setup of payments IS what secures a continuing monetary award that is totally correct for many cases, and should NOT be exchanged for a single cash payment Many times a judge who initially supervised the process of assigning a cash flow stream to the settlement awarded someone in court. But, there are times the person in question who received the settlement with future periodic payments has one or more things that happen to their life that generates an immediate financial need. It may be a large, unplanned medical expenses, or the necessity of going back to school to further a job prospect, or even preventing a real estate foreclosure or bankruptcy brought on by extenuating financial circumstances. Another issue may be that the person with a continuing cash flow stream may suddenly encounter a great investment opportunity, or they might need the cash to start a new business. They need a lump sum of cash now, but their award money is tied up in the structured settlement payment schedule that they can't change ..... without the help of somebody like us! |
